BrainDyn-BCデータベースは、神経生物学・動物行動学などの複数分野の融合により、ヒトを含む動物の「行動変容」の生体メカニズムを探求する「行動変容生物学（BraiDyn-BC）」の基盤データベースです。総括班が収集した高品質な脳活動と行動データを公開・共有し、研究者の参画を促進する目的で運営されています。

The BrainDyn-BC Database serves as the foundation for the new interdisciplinary field of "Brain Dynamics × Behavior Change (BraiDyn-BC)", which seeks to understand the mechanisms behind behavioral changes in animals, including humans, by integrating areas like neuroscience and ethology. Operated with the aim of promoting participation of researchers, it releases and shares high-quality brain activity and behavioral data collected by the administrative groups.

マーモセット視覚関連領野の細胞レベルの機能イメージングのデータベース。標準化された視覚刺激に対する神経細胞のカルシウム応答、およびそこから抽出された細胞の応答特性を公開している。
ログインユーザーは、OptiNiSt for Server（https://optinist.readthedocs.io/en/latest/）を用いて、データベースサーバー上で独自の解析パイプラインを構築し解析することが出来る。

Database of functional imaging at the cellular level of marmoset visual areas. It publishes neuronal calcium responses to standardized visual stimuli, as well as cellular response properties extracted from these responses.
Logged-in users can build and analyze their own analysis pipelines on the database server using OptiNiSt for Server (https://optinist.readthedocs.io/en/latest/).

マウスMRIデータベースは精神・神経疾患のトランスレーション研究を目的としており、東京大学IRCNのBruker 11.7T MRIで取得された共有可能なデータセットをリストしています。当該MRIデータで取得されたデータの共有を今後も拡充していきます。

The Mouse MRI Database lists shareable datasets obtained with the Bruker 11.7T MRI at Tokyo University's IRCN for translational research on psychiatric and neurological disorders. We will continue to expand the sharing of data acquired with this MRI.

This is the data catalogue for participants of the Population Neuroscience Tokyo Teen Cohort project. We provide brief explanations of the metrics acquired along with longitudinal MRI data, together with demographics, and contact information for data sharing.
